Lead cross-team software architecture and delivery across a large .NET platform. Drive migration to .NET 8, strengthen HIPAA-compliant tenant isolation, improve CI performance, establish quality and observability standards, and ship AI features such as clinical documentation tools. Mentor senior engineers, influence hiring standards, conduct complex code reviews, and partner with product leadership. The role requires production experience with C#, .NET, cloud infrastructure, regulated systems, and large language model features.

Own and build the company’s data warehouse architecture, curated and semantic layers, data models, quality standards, and migration automation. Develop Redshift-based pipelines using Python, PostgreSQL, Fivetran, dbt, AWS, Airflow, and Terraform. Establish metrics governance, observability, infrastructure-as-code, AI-enabled enrichment, anomaly detection, metadata generation, and structured clinical-record ingestion. Partner with engineering, product, and commercial teams to define metrics and reliable platform change contracts while mentoring data engineers.
