Drive adoption of LangChain products by sourcing, qualifying, and closing outbound mid-market deals. Build relationships with technical teams, help customers discover and evaluate AI solutions, and support their adoption. Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and customer success teams in a fast-paced environment while developing expertise in generative AI technology and customer businesses.

Partner with account executives to scope evaluations, design realistic POCs, and own technical wins. Co-architect and co-build production AI agents, help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications, run demos and trainings, advise post-sale, surface field feedback to product, and contribute reusable POC assets and code.

The GTM Engineer will architect customer agents, drive case deflection, and enhance onboarding experiences using AI-native systems and LangChain tools.

Lead technical support for customers, diagnose issues in LLM applications, work with engineering to resolve bugs, and mentor support engineers.

Partner with customer engineering teams to co-architect, build, deploy, and operate production AI agents. Lead pre-sales technical wins, design POCs, run demos and trainings, advise post-sale on architecture and best practices, contribute reusable patterns and code, and travel to customers (~40%).

Own and govern the end-to-end marketing tech stack and campaign operations: roadmap, integrations, tracking, tag management, data flows, and reporting. Build AI-powered automations and operational tooling, ensure data hygiene, and support ABM and PLG initiatives through signal and workflow design.
