Own partner recruiting, onboarding, enablement, joint business planning, co-selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and regional demand generation. Align closely with field sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue, improve channel programs, and provide market/competitive insights.

Own and scale Filigran's technology partner ecosystem: identify partners, negotiate technical alliances, prioritize and drive connector delivery with partners and internal engineering tied to pipeline, enable commercial teams with joint assets, and report ecosystem health and impact to leadership.

Own full enterprise sales cycle across North America, build territory strategy, generate outbound pipeline, close $200K+ ARR deals, leverage AI tools for prospecting, apply MEDDIC, collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partners to drive long-term customer value.

Manage full customer lifecycle for North American customers—onboarding, adoption, training, renewals—while building proactive relationships, coordinating with support/engineering/product, tracking success metrics, and supporting upsell opportunities.

Deliver instructor-led training (onsite and virtual) and lab-based workshops for threat analysts and administrators. Develop training content, learning paths, and certification programs. Inform product roadmap with learner feedback, mentor junior staff, maintain delivery standards, and manage logistics to scale Filigran's training function.
