Lead and manage payroll operations for higher education and nonprofit clients: supervise internal and state payroll processing, handle adjustments and exceptions, audit payments, support PeopleSoft payroll functionality and testing, stay current on labor/IRS/immigration rules, and assist with grants, cost reimbursement, and client-facing consulting and change management activities.

Advise clients, run workshops, collaborate with data engineering/CRM teams, document business rules and tests, and support adoption and analytics modernization initiatives within a consulting environment.
