Lead Risk Operations transformation programs from problem definition through implementation and measurement. Own automation initiatives, process redesign, tooling improvements, partner transitions, operational metrics, readiness, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Risk Operations, Fraud Strategy, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Data, Shared Services, and Vendor Management to deliver measurable gains in service levels, quality, risk outcomes, backlog, and cost.

Lead Tilt’s product design function across consumer financial products. Set design vision and quality standards, manage and grow a team of six designers and one researcher, build research capabilities, influence product strategy, scale the design system, advocate for users, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and executive leadership. Drive AI-enabled design practices and ensure product experiences deliver measurable user and business impact.

Leads data science strategy across Mexico and Brazil, manages and mentors a distributed team, and remains hands-on building and deploying machine learning models. Establishes modeling standards, infrastructure, delivery practices, and technical roadmaps while partnering with credit leadership on underwriting, valuation, impact measurement, and P&L analysis. Own end-to-end design for complex financial product experiences from exploration through launch and iteration. Translate financial workflows into intuitive customer experiences, set high standards for interaction and visual design, partner with product and engineering, use research and data to guide decisions, contribute to design systems, present work clearly, and mentor teammates. Apply AI-enabled tools thoughtfully while maintaining strong human-centered judgment.

Lead product-led growth across the consumer app: define growth thesis and routing frameworks, prioritize graduation and monetization journeys, run experiments and A/B tests, align product-area leaders, partner with Credit and product teams on pricing and pipeline, and drive activation, retention, conversion, and cross-product adoption.
