Support and refine credit models and underwriting policy for Cash Advance. Design and evaluate product experiments and pricing. Translate analysis into decision-ready recommendations, partner cross-functionally, and scope ambiguous analytical problems to drive scalable credit strategy.

Lead US accounting operations and month-end close, build accounting infrastructure for IPO readiness, implement internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting, manage and mentor accountants, champion automation and SQL-driven workflows, and liaise with auditors, regulators, and investors.

Own and scale the credit card acquisition funnel: prioritize tests and features, run experiments, analyze data to drive growth, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, credit, marketing, compliance, and support. Collaborate with design, product, data science, and backend teams, ensure regulatory precision in implementations, and grow into full iOS ownership while supporting cross-platform initiatives and attending biannual company offsites.

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead upper-funnel acquisition, develop media strategies, optimize campaigns, and influence brand engagement while measuring impact and efficiency across various platforms.

Ensure Tilt's products, processes, and customer interactions comply with regulations. Manage complaints, perform UDAAP risk mapping and state regulatory research, test AI chatbot workflows, support audits, and drive process improvements through automation and data analysis.
