Lead Tilt’s product design function across consumer financial products. Set design vision and quality standards, manage and grow a team of six designers and one researcher, build research capabilities, influence product strategy, scale the design system, advocate for users, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and executive leadership. Drive AI-enabled design practices and ensure product experiences deliver measurable user and business impact.

Automate accounting close and reporting workflows using SQL, Python, dbt, and finance systems. Responsibilities include reconciling NetSuite and subledger data, building dashboards, troubleshooting reports and data loads, validating financial models against the general ledger, preparing audit requests, and administering finance tools. The role replaces spreadsheet-based processes with documented, repeatable automation while partnering with Accounting, Finance, and BI teams.

Own end-to-end design for complex financial product experiences from exploration through launch and iteration. Translate financial workflows into intuitive customer experiences, set high standards for interaction and visual design, partner with product and engineering, use research and data to guide decisions, contribute to design systems, present work clearly, and mentor teammates. Apply AI-enabled tools thoughtfully while maintaining strong human-centered judgment.

Lead product-led growth across the consumer app: define growth thesis and routing frameworks, prioritize graduation and monetization journeys, run experiments and A/B tests, align product-area leaders, partner with Credit and product teams on pricing and pipeline, and drive activation, retention, conversion, and cross-product adoption.

Ensure Tilt's products, processes, and customer interactions comply with regulations. Manage complaints, perform UDAAP risk mapping and state regulatory research, test AI chatbot workflows, support audits, and drive process improvements through automation and data analysis.

As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead upper-funnel acquisition, develop media strategies, optimize campaigns, and influence brand engagement while measuring impact and efficiency across various platforms.
