Provides post-go-live client support for SitusAMC software, triages and routes production issues, tracks resolutions, and supports UAT, QA, regression, configuration, workflow, integration, and release testing. Lead AWS-based SRE activities for products migrated from on-prem: ensure reliability, observability, automation, CI/CD (GitOps), Kubernetes/EKS operations, Terraform IAC, database/RDS administration, networking and security, and collaborate with development and platform teams to optimize SaaS operations.

Lead and coach multiple software teams as Scrum Master, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, manage Azure DevOps boards, coordinate stakeholders, oversee resource allocation and project planning, drive continuous improvement and automation, and provide regular status and risk updates to ensure timely delivery of enterprise applications.
