The Sales Engineer engages clients for technical alignment, manages pre/post sales technical issues, documents requirements, and develops training and collateral to facilitate customer success.

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across the U.S., driving adoption, retention, growth, and measurable outcomes. Own onboarding, deployment, executive reviews, health monitoring, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination. Maintain Salesforce records, track usage metrics, and travel to customer sites for reviews, workshops, and deployments.
