Research and deploy systematic DeFi trading strategies using on-chain signals, protocol mechanics, tokenomics, liquidity flows, MEV, funding rates, and cross-protocol arbitrage. Responsibilities include backtesting with gas and slippage constraints, collaborating on live deployment, monitoring performance, and contributing to on-chain data infrastructure. The role requires strong mathematical or scientific training, Python, deep DeFi expertise, statistical rigor, and independent research capability.

Lead end-to-end research applying advanced ML/DL (transformers, GNNs, RL, ensembles) to generate alpha across digital asset markets, build production-grade pipelines, prevent leakage/overfitting, analyze microstructure and on-chain data, and mentor junior researchers.

Develop and deploy options pricing and execution models for digital asset derivatives. Research volatility dynamics and microstructure, build backtests handling path dependency and costs, design hedging and delta management, collaborate with engineers to move strategies into live infrastructure, and monitor real-time Greeks and P&L to iterate on models.
