The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving sales revenue, onboarding new customers, managing account relationships, and achieving sales quotas within defined market segments, particularly focusing on Enterprise clients.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will drive sales, identify customer needs, manage accounts, and achieve revenue quotas while prospecting new leads.

Sell TCP workforce management SaaS to higher education and state/local government. Manage full sales cycle, navigate public procurement (RFPs, RFIs), close $50K-$250K ACV deals, forecast pipeline, coordinate demos/onboarding with internal teams, and expand accounts via cross-sell/upsell while maintaining CRM hygiene.

Design user experiences for web and mobile by creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and maintaining the design system. Conduct usability testing, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and iterate based on research and feedback.

Responsible for expanding revenue in existing enterprise accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and customer success strategies while managing customer satisfaction and retention.

Perform manual testing across browser, mobile, API, and embedded applications; document and maintain test cases; report defects; analyze test results; troubleshoot software issues; work with development team to improve quality.

Partner with enterprise sales to quantify and communicate TCPs business value. Lead discovery, build ROI models and executive business cases, present to C-suite buyers, benchmark opportunities, and scale value-selling through tools, case studies, and seller coaching.

Lead and grow a Mid-Market SaaS sales team to achieve double-digit net ARR growth. Evolve GTM strategy, improve sales processes, manage pipeline and territory plans, pursue new verticals, collaborate with Marketing and Product, and build a high-performing, data-driven sales culture.

The Growth Account Executive is responsible for expanding revenue within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, running a full sales cycle, and maintaining pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.
