Lead and execute Venn's channel strategy: recruit, enable, and manage VARs, SIs, MSPs, distributors and national partners. Build channel business plans with KPIs, drive partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell strategic deals, deliver enablement, run joint account planning and reviews, and hire/coach Channel Account Managers as the program scales.

The Sales Engineer supports pre-sales activities by leading product demonstrations, providing technical expertise during sales calls and presentations, explaining product value and differentiators, and developing sales and training collateral. The role partners with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, maintains competitive and market knowledge, supports events and webinars, ensures accurate pricing, and documents customer and partner insights in the CRM.

Lead product strategy for developer buyers: run customer discovery, validate pricing/packaging, prioritize a roadmap, partner with sales for GTM, and define success metrics to drive adoption and business outcomes.
