Build brand architecture, talent and ambassador programs, a long-form YouTube strategy, a high-volume affiliate/TikTok Shop engine, repeatable product drop playbooks, and a community/events model. Hire and run a small brand department and deliver measurable audience-to-revenue outcomes (VIP client growth, affiliate-driven revenue, and large-scale product drops).

Convert qualified prospects into high-ticket VIP clients via 45-minute Zoom consultations. Manage a high-volume pipeline in HubSpot, meet sales KPIs, handle enrollment and payments, perform follow-up, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams in a fully remote, high-performance environment.

Serve as primary post-sale contact for new VIP clients, guide onboarding, answer program questions, coordinate escalations, support retention, identify renewal and upsell opportunities, and work with internal teams to maintain client engagement and satisfaction.
