Develop and manage editorial content that strengthens Recom’s authority, supports demand generation, and enables sales conversations. Responsibilities include creating editorial calendars, interviewing executives and clients, writing thought leadership, LinkedIn content, case studies, webinar scripts, campaign copy, and sales materials. The role also coordinates with design and video teams, maintains editorial standards, secures approvals and permissions, and evaluates content engagement and commercial impact.

Owns new-client acquisition from prospecting through signed contracts. Builds qualified pipelines, leads discovery and negotiations, develops tailored proposals with cross-functional teams, manages forecasts and CRM records, engages senior brand executives, represents the company at industry events, and coordinates post-sale handoffs. Requires extensive new-business sales experience, full-cycle selling expertise, executive communication skills, and strong pipeline management.

Leads commerce strategy and value engineering for prospective brand partners. Conducts Amazon marketplace assessments, identifies growth opportunities, designs tailored commercial solutions, builds quantified profitability cases, and supports executive proposals. Partners with sales, analytics, operations, finance, marketing, and product teams to validate assumptions, present recommendations, and establish repeatable diagnostic and proposal processes.

Owns event and partnership marketing programs, including forums, summits, trade shows, webinars, and roundtables. Responsibilities include managing calendars, budgets, vendors, invitations, attendee experiences, account intelligence, seller preparation, partner campaigns, meeting coordination, and post-event follow-up. Tracks attendance, opportunities, and costs with Revenue Operations to improve event-driven demand generation.

Leads Recom’s marketing organization, strategy, budget, and performance management. Oversees brand and product marketing, demand generation, creative, content, and events while aligning positioning, campaigns, sales handoffs, and reporting with commercial goals. Partners with sales and Revenue Operations to generate qualified pipeline and new-business growth, manages agencies and cross-functional priorities, and develops marketing capabilities for a growing B2B organization.

Own integrated B2B demand generation programs that create qualified pipeline from priority accounts. Build campaigns across paid media, webinars, content, email, and website conversion; develop account-based and intent-informed programs; manage paid media agencies and budgets; partner with Revenue Operations on nurture, attribution, routing, and handoffs; and measure pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance.

Lead Recom’s creative expression across campaigns, sales materials, events, and digital channels. Establish visual standards, develop campaign concepts, direct design, copy, and video execution, and oversee creative production. Manage workflows, budgets, resources, and external partners while collaborating with marketing and commercial teams. Use buyer feedback and performance insights to improve creative effectiveness without compromising brand quality.

Operate and optimize Recom's outbound engine by managing the agency, building and refining email/LinkedIn/phone campaigns, and converting responses into qualified, booked meetings. Qualify leads to ICP, hand off meetings with full context, own performance metrics, and work closely with the CMO and executive team to improve targeting, message quality, and pipeline growth.
