The Senior Account Executive will develop sales strategies, engage clients, conduct needs analysis, and maintain relationships to drive revenue growth in OTT/CTV advertising.

The Senior Account Executive will drive business development in the OTT/CTV advertising space, manage client relationships, and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will develop customer-focused content, case studies, and messaging to enhance JamLoop's storytelling and support sales and marketing efforts.

The Director of Growth Marketing at JamLoop will own the pipeline generation engine, driving growth through paid media, campaigns, and account-based marketing while optimizing conversion rates and reporting.

Build and maintain JamLoop's web UI and APIs using Next.js and React. Implement database-backed features with PostgreSQL, style interfaces with Tailwind, use GitHub for VCS, and deploy on AWS. Manage a 4–6 person scrum team building and operating AWS-based, high-volume low-latency bidder systems. Own cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, observability, incident response, deployment safety, and performance improvements while coaching engineers, prioritizing work, and partnering with product and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable production services.

The role involves owning and evolving Django API routes, building backend systems, improving system performance and reliability, and collaborating cross-functionally to support internal tools and workflows.
