Serves as named Fund Chief Compliance Officer and AML Compliance Officer for registered fund clients. Leads compliance programs, testing, risk assessments, regulatory examinations, board reporting, complex fund events, and regulatory interpretation. Manages client relationships, fund compliance staff, and service-provider oversight while supporting business development for the Fund CCO service line. Presents to fund boards and travels to client and service-provider sites up to 25% of the time.
