Generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for Account Executives through high-volume outbound prospecting. Conduct cold calls and emails, book meetings, meet activity and pipeline quotas, and support the development of Jump’s outbound sales motion. The role serves financial advisor customers and uses AI-enabled sales technology to improve productivity. Success requires strong communication, competitiveness, initiative, coachability, and comfort working in an early-stage, fast-paced software company.

Administer and optimize Salesforce environments supporting GTM and RevOps teams. Configure objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and security settings. Build automations and data flows, manage imports and data cleanup, troubleshoot issues, audit system integrity, gather stakeholder requirements, provide user support and documentation, and collaborate with vendors on scalable Salesforce initiatives.

Own and build Jump’s paid and organic performance marketing engine across search, social, display, video, SEO, AI visibility, and CRO. Manage strategy, hands-on optimization, testing, attribution, Salesforce reporting, budget allocation, and agency relationships. Drive pipeline efficiency, improve conversion and ROAS, test new channels, and build scalable programs and team capabilities.

Own Jump’s product marketing motion, including monthly release communications, product fact sheets, competitive intelligence, battlecards, SEO and GEO content, and SMB sales enablement. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to develop positioning, launch strategies, messaging, and sales plays that drive pipeline, adoption, win rate, and shorter sales cycles. Use AI extensively to research, draft, analyze, and deliver marketing content efficiently.

Test web, mobile, backend, and AI products; design risk-based testing strategies; create test cases, checklists, and shared data; report, troubleshoot, prioritize, and triage bugs; own end-to-end testing; review requirements; collaborate with product and engineering throughout the SDLC; and advocate for quality and process improvements in a remote environment.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the sales cycle for large financial institutions, focusing on consultative selling and relationship-building while collaborating with product and success teams.

Lead and build Jump's customer marketing function: develop customer stories, case studies, advocacy and reference programs, run customer advisory boards, partner with Sales and CS to drive adoption, retention, and expansion, and manage budget, vendors, and program measurement.

The Strategic Account Executive leads the strategy for high-stakes partnerships with top global financial institutions, focusing on AI solutions. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, complex deal negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to drive business expansion.

Manage a high-velocity SMB sales cycle: prospect, build pipeline, and close B2B SaaS deals with financial advisors. Carry an ARR quota, maintain disciplined CRM organization, use AI-enabled sales tools, and represent Jump to customers while helping scale the outbound engine.

Design intuitive web and mobile product experiences, contribute across feature areas, use and evolve the design system, prioritize shipping high-impact work quickly, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and demonstrate strong visual and interaction design via portfolio/case studies.
