The role requires analyzing financial statements, applying SBA regulations, making lending decisions, and collaborating with bankers and clients. It is full-time, requires up to 10% travel, and may involve evening or weekend flexibility.

Sources SBA lending opportunities, develops referral networks, generates new business, and partners with Relationship Managers and lending teams to structure and submit financing requests. Maintains the sales pipeline, provides SBA expertise, analyzes borrower financial information, and ensures compliance with SBA regulations and bank policies. Performance is measured by loan production, funded loans, pipeline growth, referrals, customer experience, credit quality, and compliance.
