Supports municipal wastewater infrastructure projects through feasibility studies, treatment process design, facility upgrades, optimization, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation. Develops calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and compliance materials; evaluates physical, chemical, and biological treatment systems; coordinates with project teams, clients, and regulators; assists with scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans; and mentors junior staff. The role requires hybrid work in Austin and travel to project sites and client meetings.
