The Senior Sales Engineer supports the sales team by designing solutions, articulating their value, and guiding decision-making through technical expertise and effective communication. Responsibilities include engaging in complex sales opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, managing pre-sales activities, and delivering client-focused presentations.

Drive new enterprise national account acquisition and revenue growth for Managed Network Services. Prospect, respond to RFPs, present tailored IT infrastructure solutions, manage complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders, maintain pipeline in D365, collaborate cross-functionally, expand existing accounts, represent the company at events, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

As Director of Network Operations, you will oversee operational management, process development, employee training, and financial performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and strategic growth.

Support complex accounts and the National Account Manager by processing proposals/contracts, creating quotes and billing accounts in D365 and Mastermind, maintaining customer profiles, managing project and sales workflows, performing billing research and audits, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mentoring Level 1 sales assistants. Requires attention to detail, data management, multitasking, and strong customer-service skills.

Provide technical pre-sales support for managed network services: design solutions, produce proposals/RFP responses, deliver demos and presentations, obtain vendor certifications, collaborate with sales, product, and operations, and support client engagements through the full sales cycle.
