Synthesize financial, transactional, regulatory, and market data into briefings, benchmarks, and visualizations; support pitches, RFPs, and business development; improve CI tools, processes, and reporting across Marketing & Client Development.

Lead and manage the firm's nationwide paralegal program: workforce planning, recruiting, training, utilization tracking, performance management, cross-office staffing, process improvements, and partnership with attorneys and HR to optimize legal support and deliver high-quality client service.

Support litigation practice business development by creating client-facing materials (presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses), tracking matters and submissions, planning events and sponsorships, and managing multiple project initiatives under senior leadership.
