Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers while driving customer retention, account growth, satisfaction, and health metrics. Lead AssetWatch’s mid-market sales function and new-logo acquisition team. Recruit, coach, and manage Solution Architects to exceed revenue targets, develop manufacturing-sector relationships, create sales messaging and GTM playbooks, and drive corporate account growth. Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, and technical teams while monitoring industry trends and representing the company at events. The role requires extensive manufacturing contacts, SaaS sales leadership, strategic selling, and experience with pilots and proof-of-concept programs.

Drives ecosystem-led growth by building and scaling strategic partnerships, especially in Mexico. Develops joint business plans, enables partner-led sales motions, leads co-marketing initiatives, tracks revenue and pipeline performance, and aligns sales, marketing, product, customer success, and operations. Represents the company with executive stakeholders and industry partners while creating scalable partner frameworks and processes. The role is remote in the United States and requires up to 50% travel, including regular travel to Mexico.

The Mid Market Account Executive sells AssetWatch solutions to new and existing manufacturing customers. Responsibilities include identifying customer pain points, developing tailored sales strategies, conducting demonstrations, researching leads, maintaining CRM records, attending industry events, managing sales activities, and transitioning closed deals to post-sale teams. The role requires strong consultative selling, relationship-building, independent time management, resilience, critical thinking, and at least five years of hunter-level B2B sales experience.

Serves as the link between business stakeholders and the Revenue Systems delivery team. Facilitates requirements discovery, resolves competing priorities, writes user stories and acceptance criteria, documents processes, and identifies automation opportunities. Owns UAT, including test scripts, defect triage, business review, and sign-off. Manages Jira backlogs, sprint ceremonies, release communications, and Salesforce support requests while coordinating stakeholders across operations, engineering, and product teams.

Drive new-logo acquisition and expansion across enterprise manufacturing accounts by selling predictive maintenance solutions. Own account plans, pipeline, forecasting, complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, pilots, ROI-based business cases, negotiations, and enterprise agreements. Engage plant operators, reliability and maintenance leaders, and executive buyers while collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and leadership.

Own full-funnel B2B growth campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue in an industrial SaaS environment. Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot across email, paid media, web, events, and sales outreach. Manage segmentation, workflows, attribution, reporting, and optimization while partnering with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Content, and Design. Use Salesforce and HubSpot data to align marketing and sales, monitor funnel KPIs, and improve campaign performance through testing and analysis.

Leads post-sales revenue operations across implementation, subscriptions, renewals, upsells, work orders, billing readiness, and customer lifecycle changes. Owns Salesforce requirements, workflow controls, automation, UAT, documentation governance, cross-functional project delivery, and team development. Partners with Customer Success, Finance, Product, Salesforce Development, Deal Desk, and field operations to improve data integrity, scalability, operational visibility, and execution.
