Own a portfolio of accounts as a trusted advisor to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Build relationships, create strategic success plans, monitor KPIs, lead onboarding and reviews, resolve issues with internal teams, and meet retention and sales targets.

Create and own narratives, scripts, and visual-first slide decks for webinars, conferences, sales demos, and exec keynotes. Coach presenters, build modular demo libraries, repurpose assets, track performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery.
