Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites, evaluate machinery condition, develop vibration-analysis software/models, recommend corrective actions and sensor placement, expand PdM capabilities (ultrasonic, oil analysis), and collaborate with product, installation and support teams to deliver actionable asset-health insights.

Provide external customer support for hardware and network outages across phone, email, and software. Triage and resolve high-volume tickets, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, use CRM and remote tools to diagnose problems, meet response-time quotas, and build strong customer relationships while escalating and feeding product feedback.

Generate and qualify leads, schedule demos via outbound calls/emails/LinkedIn, research accounts, maintain prospect database, partner with Solution Architects to build pipeline, and keep accurate CRM and sales process data.
