Lead credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring for small-business acquisitions (≈70% underwriting, 30% portfolio monitoring). Collaborate on due diligence, prepare credit memoranda for the Credit Committee, monitor monthly asset performance and covenant compliance, perform quarterly portfolio reviews, and advise senior leadership on capital allocation.

Source off-market acquisition opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach, lead initial conversations and discovery meetings with business owners, maintain CRM activity, nurture relationships, and hand off qualified opportunities to the Investments team.

Support investment evaluation and diligence across the deal lifecycle: analyze financial statements and tax returns, build and maintain models (valuation, purchase price, pro-forma), prepare investment memos and committee materials, assist post-close planning and Year 1 budgets, and maintain deal tracking and data rooms alongside senior team members.

Embed with portfolio companies to identify high-impact opportunities and build AI solutions across discovery, prototyping, deployment, and iteration. Collaborate with operators, investments, and engineering teams, map processes, define success metrics, and drive adoption while participating in standups and demos.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to source off-market acquisition opportunities, qualify business owners, maintain CRM hygiene, hit activity targets, and hand off qualified leads to the Investments team. Use multi-channel outreach and follow-up to build pipeline and convert future opportunities.

Lead and scale the M&A integration function across the deal lifecycle: pre-close planning, Day 1 execution, post-close integration, value-creation projects, KPI/budget ownership, and partner with executives and investment teams to realize deal objectives.

Lead an established small business as CEO with full P&L ownership. Drive operations, team development, customer and vendor relationships, budgeting, forecasting, and growth. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations while delivering measurable improvements in revenue, profitability, and cash flow and preparing for long-term ownership transition.
