Manages cross-functional project plans, diligence, closing deliverables, Day 1 readiness, financial and operational transition planning, risk escalation, closing mechanics, documentation, and post-close stabilization. Coordinates legal, finance, technology, people, and business operations while improving scalable playbooks and systems. Requires substantial travel and collaboration with sellers, advisors, executives, and portfolio teams.

Own monthly close and portfolio-level reporting across multiple operating companies.
