Owns high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and networking; conducting phone screens; coordinating interviews; supporting offers; maintaining accurate Greenhouse records; partnering with hiring managers; and producing weekly recruiting pipeline and diversity reports.

The Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify clinical trial opportunities, support marketing initiatives, maintain a pipeline in Salesforce, and assist with administrative duties within the business development team.
