Develop channel-specific community playbooks, grow trusted subreddits, create scalable content and engagement strategies, and collaborate with Growth and Content teams. Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations while representing the brand authentically in consumer and regulated categories.

Own legal operations across entity compliance, intellectual property protection, consumer escalations, product compliance, and audits. Build AI- and low-code-enabled workflows to automate recurring legal tasks, conduct research and contract reviews, manage corporate filings across the US and Canada, investigate compliance issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Product on risk reduction. The role requires strong ownership, accuracy, proactive communication, and comfort working independently in a startup environment.

Own hands-on HR operations, including multi-state compliance, policy drafting, payroll, benefits, leave escalations, audits, handbook updates, and process improvement. Review HR administration work, resolve complex employee questions, and introduce AI-native approaches to reduce repetitive work. The role is expected to grow into broader day-to-day HR operations ownership.
