Manage and grow Workyards top 150-200 high-MRR accounts, own renewals and expansions, act as executive advisor, identify churn risk and upsell opportunities, develop repeatable playbooks, mentor other account managers, and represent customer needs internally.

Lead marketing efforts to attract contractors to Workyard, enhance brand positioning, generate demand, and develop valuable customer relationships through community engagement and strategic partnerships.
