Lead and scale the Sales Development (XDR) organization: set strategy, targets, and operating model; hire and develop managers; own headcount, ramp, and pipeline; defend forecasts; align Marketing, Sales, and RevOps; select tooling and manage budget to drive qualified opportunities.

Own RevOps systems, data, and processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Lead forecasting, revenue reporting, unit-economics modeling, HubSpot administration, integrations, customer health scoring, renewal operations, and cross-functional measurement to improve retention, expansion, and predictable revenue.
