Maintain IT infrastructure and provide first-level support for users, MES, and manufacturing systems. Manage devices, accounts, software, networks, backups, security, IT assets, onboarding, and vendors. Troubleshoot MES issues, review data flows, document procedures, and coordinate system improvements, testing, and fixes with Korean headquarters IT and development teams. Support database-related tasks and communicate technical issues to production, quality, engineering, and management teams.
