Provide IT infrastructure and end-user support for PCs, printers, servers, networks, and peripheral devices. Offer first-level MES and manufacturing-system support, troubleshoot operational issues, manage IT asset records, coordinate with HQ IT/development for fixes and implementations, assist with basic database tasks, and document IT procedures and process flows.

Manage and track product movement across air, ocean, and land carriers; liaise daily with customers, carriers, and internal teams; monitor KPIs and logistics performance; maintain records and documentation; analyze cost-effective transportation methods; coordinate with site managers; produce ad-hoc and monthly reports; resolve transportation discrepancies.
