Lead transportation stormwater drainage projects across Texas from proposals and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis through PS&E development and final reporting. Manage budgets, schedules, resources, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and client relationships. Provide technical guidance to TxDOT, regional mobility authorities, and counties while supporting proposals, contract negotiations, and business development. The role requires Texas PE licensure, extensive drainage project experience, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling expertise, and proficiency with OpenRoads, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS.

Leads Central Texas stormwater practice growth, mentors engineering teams, and delivers municipal drainage and flood mitigation projects. Responsibilities include drainage master planning, flood studies, storm drainage improvements, channel restoration, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, client relationship development, business pursuits, proposals, contracts, and presentations. Requires technical leadership, project management, municipal experience, and expertise in stormwater infrastructure and floodplain modeling.
