Research trends and algorithm changes, run weekly performance and viral analyses, build launch and challenge kits, coach editing and production, support paid creative, and track growth for the top creators while building scalable, AI-enabled tools.

Lead and scale the creator acquisition sales function: manage end-to-end pipeline from sourcing to close, run daily reporting and CRM hygiene, coach and develop the sales team, own systems, onboarding, SOPs, analytics, contracts, and hiring to hit conversion and close goals.
