Coordinates Military Families Outdoors and Blue Star Connect Outdoors programs, including event promotion, family recruitment, registration tracking, attendance metrics, communications, administrative support, volunteer coordination, and partner relationships. Uses project management and CRM tools to support dispersed teams, manage multiple projects, and advance organizational goals. Requires periodic overnight travel, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manage Blue Star Families' Outposts network: vet and select local partners, onboard and train outposts, coordinate programming and evaluation, monitor budgets/contracts and KPIs, support expansion and stakeholder engagement, manage marketing and fundraising support, and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve annual Outpost goals.
