Design and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily Power BI), gather and model data from SIEM, ticketing, CRM and finance systems, perform root-cause and trend analysis, automate reports and pipelines, present insights to stakeholders, support ad-hoc analysis, and ensure data quality and documentation to drive data-informed decisions across MDR, advisory, and incident response offerings.

Design and build a single data platform and pipelines, ensure infrastructure and standards, provide governance and consultancy, and work with stakeholders to expand data capabilities across the insurance business.
