Create and coordinate marketing content and sales collateral for project qualifications, boilerplates, and presentations. Conduct compensation and benefits research and analysis to inform Total Rewards strategies. Build measurement frameworks, ROI studies, pay equity analyses, and predictive models. Lead business analysis for complex, cross-functional initiatives: gather and document functional and technical requirements, model processes and data flows, evaluate risks and trade-offs, coordinate dependencies, recommend sequencing, mentor junior analysts, and support continuous improvement of BA practices. Requires occasional travel and after-hours availability.
