Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers across a 220+ multi-state workforce. Manage employee relations, investigations, workers' comp, recruiting operations, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, compliance with multi-state employment laws, and continuous HR process improvement. Lead retention marketing to drive repeat revenue and customer lifetime value across email, SMS, catalog, paid remarketing, affiliates and loyalty. Own retention strategy, budget allocation, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, and reporting. Optimize lifecycle flows, reactivation and frequency, evaluate incrementality, and partner cross-functionally. Manage and develop direct reports and coordinate with agencies and creative teams to deliver personalized, performance-driven retention programs.

Manage PLM/PIM systems and data (Centric, Pimberly), own product compliance (labeling, PFAS, CPSIA, CAFTA), execute EU Digital Product Passport requirements, run sustainability programs (certifications, RDS, Scope 3.1 data), and coordinate regulatory reporting and cross-functional stakeholders.
