Lead and coordinate a strategic portfolio of related programs and projects within an enterprise pillar. Provide direction to program/project managers, manage costs, schedules, risks, budgets and ROI, implement governance and change management, communicate with senior stakeholders, develop portfolio processes, and deliver executive-level presentations to ensure program success.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot SAP reporting solutions, data marts, OLAP and dashboards. Translate business needs into BI solutions, follow data management processes, analyze trends, collaborate on database and architecture design, and evaluate future data delivery tools.

Lead enterprise digital transformation strategy and execution by partnering with business and technology leaders. Drive program management, change management, vendor selection, process re-engineering, team building, and cross-functional adoption to deliver measurable business value across global supply chain and enterprise functions.

Plan and execute marketing, sales, and customer events end-to-end: logistics, vendor procurement, budgets, on-site support, attendee tracking, and post-event evaluations to improve future events.
