Manages Healthy Beginnings and Supported Families programs, including state-funded grants exceeding $1 million annually. Oversees partner relationships, evidence-based program implementation, budgets, data collection, funder reporting, and continuous quality improvement. Facilitates partner meetings, monitors compliance and outcomes, develops corrective actions, and coordinates with finance, data, and community organizations to strengthen services for children and families.

Provides day-to-day technology support and administration across Microsoft 365, Salesforce, devices, applications, user accounts, permissions, and connectivity. Supports endpoint security, patching, incident response, compliance, backups, disaster recovery, technology deployments, change management, documentation, vendor coordination, facilities requests, physical access systems, asset inventories, software licensing, purchasing, and equipment lifecycle management.

Lead and manage individual and corporate giving programs, supervise a team of fundraisers, develop donor cultivation/ stewardship strategies and events, drive revenue goals, partner cross-functionally on campaigns and donor communications, and support volunteer leaders and board members to increase philanthropic investment.
