Lead regional business development in Austin by building strategic relationships with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and public agencies. Develop and execute a BD plan, prioritize pursuits, guide proposals and RFQs, represent TBG at industry events, and collaborate with principals and studio leaders to align opportunities with firm capabilities.

The industrial/graphic designer will create visuals and signage systems, assist in design presentations, and ensure design quality while collaborating with senior team members.
