Provides administrative support to the Bishop, Vicar General, and Vicar for Priests. Duties include correspondence, mail and call processing, dictation, translation, records and database maintenance, calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, event support, document preparation, and check requests. Requires confidentiality, organization, independent judgment, bilingual English and Spanish communication, Catholic ministry participation, and flexibility for changing priorities, evening or weekend work, and diocesan travel.

Oversee all financial reporting, month-end close, payables, cash receipts, tax filings, audits and actuarial work for multiple companies and funds. Supervise accounting staff, maintain financial systems and controls, support budgeting/forecasting, implement procedures, and safeguard diocesan assets while supporting the Catholic ministry and parish stakeholders.
