Directs business operations and financial management for assigned university units. Establishes financial controls, supports budgeting, oversees vendor partnerships and contracts, prepares financial and operational reports, monitors performance metrics, and identifies efficiency improvements. Provides training on purchasing, travel reimbursement, and financial procedures while collaborating with accounting, payroll, treasury, and other stakeholders. The role is fully remote with infrequent travel to university campuses.

Analyzes student support and academic data to identify trends, barriers, and intervention opportunities. Develops dashboards, KPIs, workflows, documentation, and reporting processes that improve advising operations, student persistence, retention, and degree completion. Partners with cross-functional academic and student support teams to translate operational needs into technology requirements, process improvements, and actionable insights.
