Lead and contribute to end-to-end product design for a complex fintech/HRMS SaaS. Manage a small design team, run user research and usability testing, build and maintain the Figma design system, define interaction patterns and accessibility practices, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality, consistent experiences across global payroll and compliance modules.
