Design program architecture, learning objectives, and assessment strategies using adult learning principles. Collaborate with subject matter experts, maintain and update content across jurisdictions, and deliver production-ready packages for the Learning Experience Designer.

Support the firm's financial operations including general ledger entries, bank and trust account reconciliations, month-end close, AP/AR support, multi-state compliance filings (including 1099s), vendor oversight, client accounting assistance, and financial reporting/analysis to the CFO and Senior Accountant.

Provide first-line support for the client portal and Salesforce-integrated systems: triage and resolve tickets, troubleshoot access/permissions/integrations, maintain case documentation, generate support metrics and reports, escalate issues, and improve support processes and knowledge base to enhance client experience.

Lead proactive client issue identification, root-cause analysis, and dispute resolution to improve client satisfaction and reduce escalations. Coordinate across attorneys, finance, and operations, implement standardized resolution procedures, build KPI reporting (Power BI), and recommend operational and communication improvements to increase retention and reduce billing disputes.
