Supports attorneys with divorce, child custody, and property division cases. Prepares accurate legal documents and court filings, manages e-filing through county court systems, communicates with clients and court staff, coordinates with multiple attorneys and support staff, and handles competing deadlines across multiple cases.

Design and encode family-law workflows into AI-enabled systems: decision trees, prompt architectures, retrieval and orchestration logic; collaborate with attorneys, product and engineering teams to build, test, and govern AI-assisted intake, document automation, and client workflows while ensuring QA, compliance, and human oversight.

Design and deliver sales training and coaching for attorneys to improve client conversion and ramp new offices. Create standardized onboarding, role-plays, and data-driven coaching using Salesforce. Partner with leadership to align training to revenue goals and deliver virtual and in-person sessions to increase hire success and consistent sales performance across locations.

Design and implement AI-native workflow orchestration and automation systems for legal service delivery. Build integrations between AI platforms, CRMs, document systems, client portals, and payment systems; implement retrieval, prompt orchestration, event-driven pipelines, and observability. Monitor reliability, troubleshoot bottlenecks, support compliance and governance, and document architectures while evaluating emerging automation tools.
