Frequent nationwide travel required.

Translate complex product and care workflows into clear storytelling and scalable design systems. Manage internal and external creative teams, oversee production, and improve creative operations. Partner cross-functionally to raise the quality and consistency of website, campaigns, presentations, and product storytelling while building reusable assets and processes that drive commercial impact.

Develop and execute a US-focused marketing strategy that generates demand and supports sales. Build integrated campaigns (email, paid, content, events, ABM), enable sales with assets and case studies, coordinate PR and partnerships, measure performance in HubSpot, and localize product positioning for the US senior living market.
