Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models supporting credit risk, fraud, collections, and marketing. Responsibilities include data exploration, model design, testing, production monitoring, performance analysis, governance, and stakeholder communication. The role partners with Legal and Compliance, translates business questions into analytical solutions, researches new methods, and provides data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Provides first-line remote IT support to end users through phone, email, and ticketing systems. The role oversees security operations, vulnerability management, identity and access management, data protection, threat hunting, and the development of an internal red team. The CISO will advise the board and executives, partner with technology and compliance leaders, and build a scalable security program for a regulated financial services organization.

Leads credit risk strategy, oversight frameworks, portfolio performance analysis, A/B testing, reporting, and model deployment for consumer lending products. Develops risk metrics, forecasts business impacts, supports regulatory and audit activities, and partners cross-functionally on underwriting decisions. Supervises credit risk professionals, coaches teammates, and uses databases, analytical tools, and visualization platforms to generate actionable insights.

Develops and executes credit risk strategies for loan portfolios, analyzes bureau, cash flow, and behavioral data, forecasts credit and receivable impacts, and monitors model and strategy performance. The role supports regulatory reviews, audits, reporting, compliance documentation, and cross-functional underwriting decisions. It also builds analytical datasets, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure using SQL and analytical tools, communicates risk changes, leads projects, and may supervise associates.
