Sources and engages women’s health clinicians, including CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, and PAs. Conducts structured initial screens, evaluates licensure and availability, maintains accurate ATS records, manages warm candidate pipelines, tracks outreach conversions, prepares recruiter handoff summaries, and supports physician sourcing strategy.

Manage and maintain site and corporate financial models, forecast growth, analyze business operations to identify improvements, support monthly close with the controller, and prepare reporting packages for leadership and the board.
