Manage and build the HR function for field and corporate construction operations. Responsibilities include developing SOPs, onboarding employees and subcontractors, ensuring employment-law and OSHA compliance, handling employee relations and investigations, maintaining HRIS records, supporting staffing, administering benefits and leave, delivering training, and updating policies. The role is hybrid in Austin with regular local visits to active construction sites.

Lead end-to-end delivery of telecommunications and low-voltage projects nationwide. Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, testing/certification, client communication, subcontractor management, and closeout documentation. Mentor junior staff and standardize delivery practices while traveling ~30% for site surveys, inspections, and client sign-off.
