Support attorneys in all litigation phases for insurance defense: draft pleadings and discovery, manage high-volume caseloads, organize records and invoices, conduct legal research, prepare for mediation/trial, and use document management and e-filing systems.

Lead complex general liability litigation and client counseling; manage cases end-to-end including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trials, and appellate briefs; supervise associates and staff; participate in hiring, budgeting, compliance, and business development; meet annual billable requirement of 1,950 hours.

Manage a diverse general and complex liability caseload from inception to resolution, conduct legal research and drafting, represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions, handle discovery, coordinate expert witnesses, prepare for trial, and collaborate with partners and clients while meeting a 1,950-hour annual billable requirement.
