Promotes Norwegian Cruise Line products to direct consumers by initiating calls, responding to leads, identifying travel needs, recommending cruises and related amenities, and closing sales. Maintains customer relationships, prospect databases, and follow-up activities to achieve retention, revenue, and quota goals. Participates in sales meetings, training, and targeted email campaigns while developing strong knowledge of cruise products, itineraries, pricing, and promotions.

Manage and grow a portfolio of travel agency accounts across Houston and South Texas. Develop territory sales and marketing plans, execute promotional programs, negotiate sales plans and group contracts, track revenue and ROI, manage budgets, and conduct partner meetings, training events, webinars, trade shows, and ship tours to achieve sales goals.
