Lead a team of technical underwriters for builders risk, manage portfolio growth and broker relationships, set underwriting strategy, oversee complex national construction and energy projects, ensure profitability and compliance with guidelines, mentor staff, and coordinate with product, claims, and actuarial teams.

Lead HPC's marketing strategy and execution across brand, content, digital, events, and proposals. Lead product strategy and delivery for personal lines underwriting and rating platforms. Define roadmap, elicit and document requirements, prioritize backlog, support Agile/SAFe delivery, collaborate with stakeholders and engineering, validate solutions via UAT, and drive process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.
