Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned accounts, coordinating inspections, testing, maintenance, and repairs for fire protection systems. Manage inspection schedules, prepare repair proposals and work orders, follow up after service, handle billing/pricing inquiries, and collaborate with service, operations, and billing teams to ensure accurate documentation and customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand services.
