Manage InterVarsity alumni social media channels by creating, editing, publishing, and scheduling content; engage alumni via direct messages; implement social strategies; moderate user content; collaborate with teams to promote events; write and design content for web, email, and donor communication; conduct interviews and attend events as needed to support alumni relations.

Act as strategic partner preparing briefings and communications, drive special projects, and build relationships across People Operations to remove friction and improve organizational effectiveness.

Manage the full data quality lifecycle for constituent records in Salesforce: deduplication, merges, data appends/enrichment, imports/exports, vendor management, audits, governance, reporting, staff training, and supervise a team focused on CRM data hygiene to support nonprofit fundraising operations.

Manage project and operational aspects of the NSC 2027 conference: create and maintain master project plan, timelines, budgets; coordinate registration, volunteers, venue logistics, AV, transportation, supplies, and on-site operations; track deliverables, identify risks, escalate issues, and support the Conference Director.
