Remote Sourcing Recruiter responsible for passive candidate generation and pipeline development for skilled trades and technical roles. Uses advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, social media, job boards, CRM/ATS) to identify, screen, and engage candidates, partners with hiring leaders and marketing, supports recruitment events, maintains ATS data, and participates in sourcing strategy and special projects. Requires strong communication, analytic, and relationship-building skills and occasional travel.

Lead regional HR operations delivering onboarding, performance management, employee relations, investigations, compliance, and organizational development. Advise regional leaders, maintain HR documentation and job descriptions, collaborate with talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and HRMS teams, and support policy enforcement. Work remotely while traveling occasionally to regional offices (<20%).
